Eagle's Nest

Eagle's Nest Open Space. From the Trailhead in Livermore to the Poudre River and back (it's a 2.6 mile loop). We passed DIRECTLY by a herd of cows. Kind of intimidating as one big Mama was glaring at us and was only an arms length off the trail. The Poudre is beautiful. The trail goes past the poudre bridge, but is closed until July 15 because of the eaglets. We did see a Golden Eagle right over our heads, but the sun did not allow for a good pic. I got the picture below when the Eagle moved off to the S/E, but it was very high up. Can you see a brown speck?
