Valentines Day 2005

Matt took me to The Buckeye Roadhouse in Sausalito. I had the duck. He had Petit Filet Mingon. We split a Pinot Noir and Chocolate Mouse Pie with Cinamon Whipped Cream. It was all delicious and very romantic! We got lost for an hour but we still had fun. Matt bought me tons of presents. Grammy and Poppy babysat. Thanks again Grammy and Poppy!

Yummy

1 part Godiva Chocolate Liqueor
1 part Peppermint Schnapps
1 part Creme de Menthe
1 part Kahlua
1 part Baileys Irish Cream
5 parts Heavy Whipping Cream
Blend with Ice to taste

OK so the calories on this recipe are probably astronomical. I invented this drink with Matt and his sister Rachel for a drinking mixing contest back when we weren't worried about our health/weight.  The drink happened to win 1st place in the contest!

I made a mocktail yesterday with just fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and a sugar rim.  I love trying new drinks any making up new drink recipes.
